This Public Offer is a formal proposal by CeoNeuro to conclude a service agreement. By using our platform and AI services, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms.
2. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
The Service acts as a technological platform integrating various third-party solutions (including, but not limited to, video generation engines, Large Language Model APIs, and payment gateways).
- Third-Party Providers: The Company shall not be held liable for the quality, stability, or availability of services provided by third-party platforms.
- Internet Connectivity: The Company is not responsible for any failure to provide services due to malfunctions, interruptions, or poor connection quality on the part of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or local network infrastructures used by the User.
- Disclaimer: Any technical issues arising on the side of third-party vendors or telecommunication providers are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
3. Accuracy of AI Avatar Responses
The User acknowledges that AI avatars are software products based on generative artificial intelligence and neural networks.
- Advisory Nature: All responses, analytical summaries, and recommendations provided by the AI avatar are for informational and advisory purposes only.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: The Company does not guarantee 100% factual accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information generated by the AI. The avatar may produce errors or interpret data incorrectly.
- User Risk: The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including financial loss, loss of profit, or legal consequences) resulting from decisions made by the User based on AI-generated content.
